Meet the Team! Creative Manager Danu Caris talks about the photoshoots of Cotton Ball Lights and the design of flyers, banners and much more!

Working at Cotton Ball Lights

Two years ago, I started my adventure at Cotton Ball Lights! I still remember very well that I came into the office and spoke to the people for the first time, I have been working with for the past two years.

There was a whole warehouse with colored balls, and they were looking for a graphic designer and a photographer. It was s a perfect fit because I'm both! After a lovely interview, a day later, I received a phone call that I was hired for the job, how cool!

And now we're already two years later and so much has happened! A new office, grown considerably, photographed so much, designed, invented new ideas and much more. All creativity, I love it!

But what exactly do I do as a creative manager at Cotton Ball Lights?

To start with, I visit a famous blogger or Instagrammer every month to photograph our Cotton Balls in a beautiful interior! This is really fun to do, I only meet nice people, people with a passion for interior design and mega beautiful houses! There I can just enjoy working with our beautiful products.

We have made a lot of great photos over the past two years, which you, of course, often see on social media! I am also the designer of our products, think of all our packaging, leaflets, flyers, business cards and labels.

In addition to this great challenge within Cotton Ball Lights, I can also apply my creative ideas to our little sister, "LEDR". I also photograph and design for LEDR!

This variation makes my work so much fun! I never actually do the same, every day is different, I meet all nice people, have creative freedom and I do what I love to do! Being creative :)
