Shipping time
We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, as of orders placed before 15:00 o'clock the shipment will be released the same day. If you have chosen or will choose to shape your lamp by us the delivery time will be 1 or 2 business days longer.
Not feasible?
In some cases, the estimated delivery time may not be feasible, because, for example, a product is not in stock. You can find the stock information on the product pages. If for what reason your shipment is delayed, we will always inform you timely.
Shipping service
Shipment within the Netherlands will be done with DHL. You can choose between home delivery or delivery at a DHL pick-up point.
Track & trace code
After we’ve shipped your order, you will receive a track & trace code from us, by which you can easily track your order. If you’re not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be offered at your home the next day, or it will be delivered at a pick-up point in your neighbourhood. Of course, you will receive a notification and after this, you can pick up your package at the DHL pick-up point. Please note that by picking up the package, a valid ID can be asked for. Because the status of the shipment will be adjusted in the track & trace system, everything will be transparent for you.
Shipping costs
For every order we ask a small contribution for the shipping costs. Below you will find the contribution per country. Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping time
Shipment within countries in Europe will be made with DHL. After we’ve shipped your order, you will receive a track & trace code from us, by which you can easily track your order.
